When choosing a printed gazebo, there are three main decisions to make: the intended use of the gazebo, the most suitable print method, and the right size and structure for your space and environment.
Some businesses need a simple branded canopy for short-term promotions, while others need a fully custom printed gazebo for frequent professional use and stronger visual impact. Our range is designed to support both, with clear printing options and package choices to suit different event and branding requirements.
We cater to a range of budgets, offering two print methods for printed gazebos: dye sublimation and vinyl heat press. Dye sublimation is the most popular option for businesses looking for long-term branding, full coverage, and frequent event use.
1. Choose your printed gazebo package
- On receiving your enquiry we’ll allocate you a dedicated account manager.
- This offers you the immediate benefit of having a single point of contact for all your queries and requests, from day one.
2. Supply your artwork
- You can add your logo(s) and artwork file(s) to one of our artwork templates or upload with your order or via our free visual quote form below.
- Our team aim to turnaround visuals and quotes within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry/artwork files. Please refer to our artwork guidelines for more information.
3. Approve your design
- Your printed gazebo order will be put into production once your artwork has been signed and approved and we have confirmation of your order.
4. Receive your order
- We offer a typical delivery time of 7-10 working days* from approval of artwork and confirmation of order.

Choosing the Right Printed Gazebo for Your Event

Our printed gazebo packages are produced using a digital printing process called dye sublimation. This method allows high-definition, all-over printing across the canopy and walls, including inside and out, with broad design flexibility.
Vinyl heat press is a more cost-effective option for simpler branding requirements. It is best suited to logos, names, and slogans, making it a practical choice for short- to medium-term promotional use where full-coverage print is not needed.
Print choice and frame choice should also be considered together. A fully custom printed gazebo used regularly for business events may call for a more durable commercial-grade frame and a print method suited to repeated professional use. A simpler gazebo for occasional promotions may only need logo-based branding with a more limited print layout.

Don’t be fooled by similar-looking printed gazebos with inferior materials. Since we started in 2005, we’ve led the way in supplying printed gazebos, priding ourselves on the provision of premium, long-lasting materials that have stood the test of time. Our gazebos come with industry-leading warranties and are made with flame-produced materials. If you find a lower price elsewhere for a comparable product, we’ll beat it.
All our printed gazebos are Fully Waterproof and Flame Retardant to BS 7837: 1996, DIN 4102-B1 & DIN 4102-B2 (for use in public places). The canopy and sidewalls fabric are made of 600 denier polyester (600D polyester) with heat sealed seams and PVC coating on the inside to ensure complete rain proofing.
Our print packages are supplied with storage bags to protect the frame, canopy, and sidewalls whilst in transit or storage, as well as an anchoring tie down kit (ideal when erecting your gazebo on soft ground).
When erecting your gazebo on hard standing ground, we highly recommend you add extra weight to each gazebo leg to properly anchor your gazebo down, browse our range of heavy duty leg weights.

Delivery
We are proud that our service is extremely efficient and our standard turnaround is 7-10 working days from confirmation of order/artwork. Once printed goods have been produced and are ready to be dispatched, delivery is next working day*.
