Santa’s Grotto Brings Christmas Joy to Children of the AVNAS

Once again in the spirit of Christmas we recently ran a festive Facebook giveaway, awarding one lucky organisation the chance to win a magical pop up Santa’s Grotto in time for December.

Sells Tray and AVNAS (Aylesbury Vale National Autistic Society) were drawn at random from the hundreds of entries, winning their very own 3m x 3m Santa’s Grotto.

The Aluminium Extreme 40 HEX Series gazebo was erected for the NAS Aylesbury Vale branch Christmas Party at The Grange School which was held on Saturday 14th December. This branch of The National Autistic Society is run by volunteers; any money raised and donated to the NAS Aylesbury Vale branch is spent on providing activities for families.

AVNAS intend to partner up next year and use their Santa’s Grotto for a very special event. The event, called ‘Caring Santa’ is run by local mum of three, Tracey Dennis so children and young people with learning difficulties could meet Santa in a quiet environment.

Tracey Dennis comments, “The children loved it and it was so nice to be able to provide them with Santa in a grotto this year. We had a large amount of families and ASD (Autism spectrum disorder) kids attend and it was a huge success. Thank you so much for this wonderful gazebo. It really was magical and completed our Christmas party perfectly!”

Tracey went on to say, “This year’s Christmas party was just a practice run for us but we couldn’t have asked for anything better in a Santa’s Grotto. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to extend the roof fully up this year due to space restrictions however we are using a bigger hall next year. The kids all love it! The quality of the panels is superb – we can’t thank Gazeboshop enough.”

So if you are responsible for organising a Christmas event or market stall why not get in touch? Our printed log cabin effect pop up gazebo is the perfect addition to any event during the festive season and can be customised further to suit your requirements.
