“After a disastrous event set-up using a cheap gazebo at a major event, we noticed that our neighbours’ gazebo had withstood the wind perfectly so we asked where they purchased it from and they recommended Gazeboshop.

I looked online at the options and called up to order. I spoke to Debbie who asked me all the right questions to identify my needs and actually ended up selling me a slightly cheaper model (as based on our usage) – we did not necessarily need to purchase the Rolls-Royce model as we only use a gazebo in summer and for 2-3 days at a time. Debbie was also extremely helpful when it came to the choice of tethers and weights and made sure that I purchased the right ones.

The gazebo arrived promptly and well packaged. Although not recommended, I decided to erect the gazebo myself and managed to put it up, walls and everything within 20 minutes. With two of us it takes only 10 minutes. It is 100% waterproof and sturdy even in windy conditions.

I decided that we needed some kind of branding and called Debbie and asked her advice on some options – here she could have sold me hundreds of pounds worth of bespoke options but her honesty and integrity as a salesperson was admirable and we opted for a printed valance wrap which was probably the best add on we could have asked for!

Overall my experience with Gazeboshop and Debbie was faultless and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

My only criticism is that the bag that holds the folded sides and roof is not as well made as the gazebo walls itself and the stitching around the zip has since come apart – I would also say that the bag could be a little on the larger side as folding the roof is not as easy as the side panels and tends to be a bit bulkier once it is placed in the bag.
