Delivery & Returns

Here at Gazeboshop we want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your products and we strive to maintain the high standards of delivery that we are known for. Below we have outlined both our delivery and returns policy. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions that aren’t answered below.

Gazeboshop’s Delivery Policy

We deliver to:

– The whole of the UK, Northern Ireland & Ireland, Jersey and offshore UK islands.
– Europe & Worldwide Destinations.

Delivery to Mainland UK

Mainland UK does not include Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey and Scottish Highlands

– Website orders that total less than £150.00 will be charged £10.00 for delivery to Mainland UK.
– If the cart total equals more than £150.00 customers will be charged £20.00 for delivery to Mainland UK.
– Savings can be made on delivery charges when buying gazebo accessories at the same time as a pop up gazebo or instant shelter when shipped together.

Next working day delivery*

– Next working day delivery applies to Mainland UK only.
– We will process your order the same working day if you order before 14:00 Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Your order will be dispatched by courier and will be with you the following working day. The courier will need to obtain a signature on delivery.
– Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
– Non-printed goods will be delivered the next working day delivery if ordered by 14:00 Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
– Orders placed out of hours or at weekends will be processed the next working day for delivery the following working day (excluding bank holidays).
– Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an extra charge. Please contact us to find out more.

 48 hour delivery

Some parts of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Republic of Ireland can take 48 hours or more. We also deliver to Europe and most Worldwide destinations. Please contact us for delivery charges.

Delivery method

– All parcels we send are tracked by our courier service, when your delivery arrives, please check the order is complete and check all boxes and packaging for damage, if damaged please mark the parcel service record as ‘packaging/box damaged’.
– All deliveries must be signed for.
– If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a further delivery attempt will be made, if this proves to be unsuccessful any further delivery attempts will cost £10.00 per delivery. If delivery proves to be unsuccessful, all parcels will be sent back to us after 5 days from due date of delivery if no further instructions are received from the customer.
– When buying online if at the checkout you find your area or country is not available, contact us on (0)1295 258922 (UK) or via email and we will confirm delivery arrangements.

Import duties

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged when the shipment reaches your country, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, the customer. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and advise our customers to contact their local customs office for further information. You may also be responsible for import duties to your local authority. All actions of individual customs authorities are out of our control, the purchaser is responsible and we accept no liability for their actions.

Gazeboshop’s Returns Policy

We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you have purchased, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it for another product, or receive a refund. This excludes bespoke or custom printed items.

We ask that you notify us by email or in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods indicating if an exchange or refund is required. We will then send you a returns note by email within 7 days which will need to be completed and returned to us by email or post with a printed copy enclosed with the goods. All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused within 14 days. You are responsible for arranging the return of the goods.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all goods are returned in their original condition and packaging, and goods must be unused.

Returns procedure

– Goods which have been used cannot be returned without a valid reason (for example a manufacturing fault). We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the terms & conditions were not met.
– You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, therefore, it is important that you use a secure delivery method with adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods that requires a signature upon delivery.
– Once the goods are received, Gazeboshop will inspect the goods and process quality control checks to confirm that the goods have not been used and that all items have been returned.
– We will process a refund for the price which was paid for the goods excluding any delivery or collection costs incurred by the company. We will charge you a 3% handling charge for the original cost of the goods within 30 days of the goods arriving back to us.
– If the customer decides to return a bespoke or custom printed item or order, we reserve the right to refuse a request for any return or refunds once the designs have been approved and “signed-off” by the customer.
