Can I produce and supply my own gazebo artwork?

Yes, you can. If you’re producing your own artwork, we strongly encourage you to use and download our product-specific artwork templates. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions relating to any of the templates.Please familiarise yourself with our design guidelines to check your artwork complies with our requirements before saving and sending us your template. Please include any brand information e.g. specific Pantone colours on the template itself to ensure correct colour matching. As mentioned in our design guidelines, we ask that all submitted files be saved in CMYK colour mode as RGB is primarily for artwork that is intended to be viewed on-screen only.

I don’t have a vector version of my logo?

Upon receipt of your artwork, if we are unable to use/print your logo, a member of our team will get in touch to talk you through the next steps.

What if my logo isn’t good enough to print?

Don’t worry, Gazeboshop can help! Logos supplied in jpeg format may need to be redrawn for printing. Pixel-based raster logos are generally not suitable for large-scale printing and cannot be enlarged without losing quality. We can redraw low-resolution logos to vector format - there will be an additional fee for this service. Unfortunately, not all low-resolution logos can be redrawn; if the logo is too pixelated, we may not be able to offer a redraw. Simply email your logo/artwork files over to [email protected] and we’ll check the quality of the files for you, confirming whether a redraw is required or not. Price is subject to the sight of your logo/artwork files. Once your logo has been redrawn into a vector format it is then suitable for large-scale prints and you will be able to use it for just about anything; from a promo bag to a magnificent billboard, you won’t need to worry about blurry, jagged edges anymore!

How do I request a print quote?

We offer customers a free visual with every quote. Simply fill out our FREE Visual Request form or email [email protected] with your artwork and/or messaging, along with any print instructions and they will do the rest.Our in-house design team works hard to turn around your personalised visual and quote within 24 hours* of receiving your enquiry, to show you how your custom-printed gazebo will look.*Lead times may vary during peak times

I’m looking to purchase a printed gazebo, what format do I need to send my artwork in?

Our in-house design team requires any logos and artwork in vector format, such as: Ai (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PDF (if vector graphic saved in pdf).Photographic images should be supplied in high resolution (300dpi) in JPG, TIFF, or PNG format. Please refer to our artwork guidelines for more information.

What is the turnaround time for my printed gazebo?

Our service is extremely efficient, and we offer a typical delivery time of 7-10 working days* from confirmation of order and approval of artwork. If you’re in a rush for an upcoming event, please feel free to give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!*Lead times may vary during peak time.
