Flexible setup
Give your event, party, summer bar, terrace or garden a summerly and southern touch with our extra large 10m x 21.5m XXL Bonga double coated stretch tent canvas, complete with clamps. Also known as a nomad tent, the elastic cloth and the movable poles of aluminium or ultra strong eucalyptus wood (pole sets are to be purchased separately) you can play with the setup of the tent: when the weather is nice, you set it up with four open sides, when it’s windy with one or more closed sides and in case of rainfall you can set up the tent almost completely closed. The bigger your tent, the more possibilities you have. Do you want to create an extra entrance during the event or is a side or corner pole in the way? You can always make small changes to the setup while the tent is up.
IMPORTANT
Please note that the space required for setting up a stretch tent, including anchoring points, is larger than the tent fabric itself. We suggest allowing a minimum of 1.5 – 2m per side. Refer to the manual diagram for guidance. Users must conduct a risk assessment before installation to ensure no cables or pipes are present that could be damaged when securing pegs into the ground. Consequently, stretch tents, being custom-made, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Stretch tent cloth
The 560 g/m² cloth consists of three layers and is treated on the outside with a protective water proof PVC coating. Moreover, it is fire retardant in accordance with class M2, UV resistant and wind resistant up to 8 beaufort (85 km/h). It can withstand pulling forces up to 1000 N / 5 cm.
Our double coated stretch tents are perfect for long-term semi-professional use (from a couple of weeks up to a couple of months) and you can easily set them up with two or three persons, depending on the size.
Poles, pegs and straps NOT included
Because we want to offer every client a solution that fits their needs, they can choose from different kinds of poles, pegs and tension straps. Therefore, the poles, pegs and tension straps are NOT included with the tent by default. They are to be purchased separately.
We recommend purchasing the Commercial Aluminium pole set (60mm pole diameter) with our 10m x 21.5m XXL Bonga Stretch Tent. However, customers can upgrade their set-up and purchase a Wooden Eucalyptus pole set. Both pole sets are supplied with carabiner rigging. Our stretch tents are covered by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or through incorrect or improper use is NOT covered by our warranty. Subject to our terms & conditions.

Next working day delivery*
- Next working day delivery applies to Mainland UK only (this does not include Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Scottish Highlands).
- We will process your order the same working day if you order before 13:00 Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). This applies to non-printed goods only. Your order will be dispatched by courier and will be with you the following working day. The courier will need to obtain a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Collect your non-printed items(s) on the same day you order for FREE with our click and collect service. We can also keep your order for three days so you can pick it up later if you need more time. Our click and collect service is available from our Banbury warehouse, Monday – Friday, 10am – 4:30pm.
Returns
We believe that you will be satisfied with the products you have purchased, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it for another product, or receive a refund. This excludes bespoke or custom printed items.
We ask that you notify us by email or in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods indicating if an exchange or refund is required. We will then send you a returns note by email within 7 days which will need to be completed and returned to us by email or post with a printed copy enclosed with the goods. More about returns.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and unused within 14 days. You are responsible for arranging the return of the goods.
