A Multi-Functional Pop-up for Scottish Motorsport Marshals Club

We were recently approached by The Scottish Motorsport Marshals Club (SMMC) who were looking for a multi-functional, portable pop-up gazebo to take with them to motorsport events.
The Scottish Motorsport Marshals Club is the only club in Scotland which is dedicated exclusively to motor sport marshalling in all its disciplines. Its members have evolved into two main specialisms: dedicated rescue crews and radio teams, providing services to the majority of motorsport events, whether these are special stage rallies, speed events or circuit races.
This year, SMMC have made real efforts to recruit new members and as a result they decided to acquire a gazebo and other materials for promotional events – but to justify the investment, the gazebo would need to act as both a radio control point and a start line marshalling post.
Jon Bolton (Publicity and Communications Coordinator for Scottish Motorsport Marshals Club Limited) regularly liaised with his dedicated account manager, Ashleigh, and eventually opted to purchase our mid-range, commercial grade 3m x 3m Aluminium Extreme 40 Series gazebo unit with a custom printed canopy and sidewalls, giving the club great visual impact and brand exposure at events. For extra promotion for the club’s brand, Jon also purchased two medium teardrop flags (single sided print) and a printed 6ft fitted open back tablecover as well as two car wheel flag bases and two pairs of steel stacking gazebo leg weights for extra stability.
